If you are in need of food, you are welcome to call parish outreach at 631-209-0325. 

We are open Monday through Wednesday from 10 AM to 1 PM. 

We will set up an appointment for you to come in and get the required paperwork which you will need to fill out at home. 

You must also supply a photo ID and proof of residency when your paperwork is completed. 

You are eligible to come once a month for food. 

There is a blessing box located south west of parish outreach which has nonperishable food available at all times.
